As you enter the house, having collected your keys from the key box above the EV charging point on the front of the house you will find a spacious hallway with a long bench and a hanging rack for your coats.
Wooden stairs from the hall lead up to an 80 square metre open plan living area with amazing views over Loch Linnhe from a balcony with outdoor seating.
Two large sofas and 3 lounge chairs provide lots of comfortable seating for relaxing or watching the 60 inch Smart TV.
Patio doors next to the dining table lead out to a balcony with outdoor seating, with views towards the Corpach hills and across Loch Linnhe to the crofting settlement of Treslaig.
Two entrance doors from the Games Room lead to a corridor that gives access to the bedrooms and also to a small toilet with wash hand basin.
The first bedroom has a king sized bed with an en-suite shower room. Next to this is the Sage bedroom with twin beds and an adjoining Jack and Jill en-suite shower-room which is shared with the Hare bedroom which again has twin beds.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed and is en-suite with a shower over full sized bath. From the end of the hallway there is a door leading to the rear garde
To the side of the house is a seated barbecue area with gravelled steps leading up to a second seated barbecue area which then leads up to the very top of the garden which has bench seating and a suspended fire pit. Surrounded by mature trees and hedging this is a wonderfully secluded outdoor space for entertaining.
From the entrance hall is the games area and ‘Paul’s Bar’ featuring a pool table and four bar stools, a perfect place for relaxing while playing or watching pool. The bar has glasses, a novel glass chess set, drinks chiller, and has a washing up sink as well as a small dishwasher.
In the kitchen area is an induction hob with a fan extraction unit built into the centre. This is mounted on an island unit which has four breakfast bar stools and behind those is the dining table with seating for eight. There is a Bosch fan oven with above a separate Bosch combi microwave oven and a tall Haier fridge freezer. A separate free-standing microwave oven is adjacent.
A Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk warmer and a Dualit kettle and toaster ensure everything is on hand for cooking and entertaining. The sink has a hot water tap for boiling water and a dishwasher built-in underneath.
To one side of the house there is a large carport for storing sports equipment, drying wetsuits, and dog (or boot) wash, as well a large utility and drying room complete with dehumidifier for drying outdoor clothes and also here is a dog bed and pet feeding bowls.
The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and a movable coat rack and boot rack. A door leads to the back garden area which has a wall-mounted drying rack.
The waste and recycling bins are in this area and a convenient door leads from the games and bar area.
An electric car charging point is mounted here by the car parking area.
